Limited
Foreign License Availability
Kurtz Technologies markets ordnance and munitions
oriented conceptual and developed technologies throughout the
free world, subject to the approval of the U.S. State Department.
Kurtz System propellant technologies are available for
limited foreign licensing to produce and market specific end use
configurations within certain global parameters as trade secrets,
patents, or patents pending. Requirements do not include facilities
capable of conventional explosive or propellant production.
Qualified parties, interested in creating a start up business
entity to establish a production and marketing facility, should
take note of the cost effectiveness, by comparison, of our improved
production method's equipment and facility requirements. Such
information is proprietary and will be disclosed only under the
auspices of our standard non-disclosure agreement of confidentiality.
Verifiable financial capabilities of principals, as well as detailed
backgrounds of principals and key employees, are required. Joint
ventures with qualified start up business entities will be entertained
on the basis of partially deferred license fees and royalties,
depending on the feasibility of proposals.
IMPROVED PRODUCTION METHODS
Production methods have been greatly simplified
to permit semi-automation at the discretion of the manufacturer.
Experts are available (within certain time constraints) to design
and ensure proper implementation of a production facility capable
of addressing initial and expanded foreign markets.
