LIMITED
DOMESTIC LICENSE AVAILABILITY
Kurtz Technologies has ordnance and munitions oriented
technologies available for domestic license.
Kurtz System propellant technologies are
currently available for limited licensing to produce and market
specific end use configurations within the parameters of the established
borders of The United States of America, its territories and possessions,
as trade secrets, patents, or patents pending. Requirements
do not include facilities capable of conventional explosive or
propellant production. Qualified parties, interested in creating
a start up business entity to establish a production and marketing
facility, should take note of the cost effectiveness, by comparison,
of our improved production method's equipment and facility requirements.
Such information is proprietary and will be disclosed only under
the auspices of our standard non-disclosure agreement of confidentiality.
Verifiable financial capabilities of principals,
as well as detailed backgrounds of principals and key employees,
are required. Joint ventures with qualified start up business
entities will be entertained on the basis of partially deferred
license fees and royalties, depending on the feasibility of proposals.
IMPROVED PRODUCTION METHODS
Production methods have been greatly simplified
to permit semi-automation at the discretion of the manufacturer.
Experts are available (within certain time constraints) to design
and ensure proper implementation of a production facility capable
of addressing initial and expanded domestic markets.
